When Is The Right Time To Announce?

I have announced all of my pregnancies at different times! With my first i announced right when i hit 3 months. I shared with my family and then posted it on social media. At 13 weeks you enter your 2nd trimester and the chances of miscarriage significantly decrease. With my second delivery i only shared with my parents and siblings. Never posted, and if you saw me with a big belly thats kinda how you found out. With my third baby i shared with my family after 3 months and decided to publicize to the world when i hit 30 weeks of pregnancy. So when is the right time? Whenever you are ready!
How To Calculate When You’re due
Its depend on you
While there are a ton of online calculators that help you determine what month you will deliver. The most important information is…When was the 1st day of your last period? And that is where you begin to count from.
Making your 1st Appointment

If you are like me then you struggle to drink plenty of water. They say if you wait until you are thirsty then you are already dehydrated. Keeping a reusable bottle that you can track helps tremendously. Water is vital to all life including that of your baby. For the creation of amniotic fluid, production of blood, Nutrients, & digestion which will flush out toxins.

What To Avoid
Alcohol! DUH!
What you would think is the obvious of course…Alcohol & smoking! Stay away! I have heard several people tell me throughout the course of my pregnancy that a sip of wine or beer wont do any damage without having evidence of that being true.
No Raw meats or shellfish
Unpasteurized Dairy
Fish with high levels of Mercury
Check the labels of cleaning products to make sure there is no safety warning for pregnant women.
Stay away from paint. (There are fumes in paint that can be harmful especially in the 1st trimester when baby’s organs are developing.)
It is advised to stay away from Saunas or Jacuzzi’s. (There’s a risk of dehydration, overheating and even fainting.)
Xrays. Depending on exposure and amounts there is a slight risk of birth defects and physical and mental development problems.
